May 18: Enjoy the Ride on Bike Anywhere Day
A one-day celebration for the San Diego region
The City of Carlsbad is hosting a pit stop next Thursday for Bike Anywhere Day. Whether you’re a cycling pro or just a casual rider, this one-day celebration is for anyone who wants to go anywhere in the open air.
How to Participate
Pledge to ride your bike via the Bike Anywhere Day event page hosted by SANDAG. Your pledge makes you eligible for a FREE event day t-shirt - see #3 for how to collect it.
On May 18, ride—to work, the store, a trail…anywhere!
Wherever you’re bound to go, swing by our bike pit stop that day, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Our team will be waiting there to cheer you on with free breakfast burritos—yum! Plus, if you took the pledge above, we’ll give you that FREE event-day t-shirt (while supplies last).
City of Carlsbad Pit Stop – The Island at Carlsbad
6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Near the intersection of Faraday Avenue and College Boulevard 5804 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad
The other pit stop in Carlsbad will be at Cannon Park at the intersection of Cannon Road and Carlsbad Boulevard. See the countywide pit stop locations.
